My Madeira Cake…
I always buy way to many Easter Eggs… I have never become accustomed to the fact that my children are not still little. So I make this easy all in one Madeira cake and use up some of the left over chocolate in the mix, just carefully melt it & add it to the chocolate mixture with a little extra milk if necessary… It usually is necessary!
This cake never lasts long in this house, so I make no excuses about making such a big cake! Enjoy!!
I have thrown in one of my beautiful tea cups - Just for good measure!
