Jasper Double Stone Pendent Necklace with Citrine chain - SOLD

A beautiful double Jasper pendent that can be worn on its own or part of a collection as shown in the pictures. This necklace can be worn all year round with casual or formal outfits, summer or winter. The Jasper stone is smooth to the touch & is very tactile. Jasper means spotted or speckled stone and is derived from the Latin ‘iaspidem’, or the Old French ‘jaspre’. The stones are approximately 5cm x 3.5cm in size. The colouration is caused by the inclusion of mineral, ash, or sediment within the structure of the crystal. Jasper is found all over the world but most specimens come from India or Australia. The pendent is strung with Citrine of multiple [brown/beige] shades interspersed with black beads with a small silver lobster clasp. Citrine is associated with wealth & development, it already has my vote! The pendent has a small silver fastening as shown in the pictures. 35cm drop.
